Turkey Stuffing Casserole
This turkey stuffing casserole is the best thing to make with those Thanksgiving leftovers: turn the turkey meat into a creamy, veggie-packed stew, top with olive-oil tossed stuffing and bake in the oven until golden brown on top. For some extra crunch, broil the turkey stuffing casserole for a few minutes, until the stuffing develops a crisp crust. Scoop and serve right away.

A unique twist on Thanksgiving leftovers that is easy to make after a marathon of baking and cooking during the holiday. Lovely!
Love this recipe! Made it with our leftover turkey after Thanksgiving and my whole family loved it. They’ve asked for it many times since then and I’ve made it with rotisserie chicken and it’s amazing.
